You don’t need fancy ingredients, instruments or some high-end skills to make this one. It almost comes together itself, and you will enjoy as you go through the making process. Just follow these simple steps and you will be through in no time.
What will you need?
- Your favorite coffee blend (12 ounces)
- Milk (fat-free, 2 tbsps.)
- Half and Half (1 tbsp.)
- Cinnamon (1 tbsp.)
- Whipped cream (1 tbsp.)
- Condensed Milk (sweetened, 1 tbsp.)
- Chocolate (in shavings for the sprinkle)
Instructions to do it:
- Take a large mug and put in the coffee blend ( all 12 ounces), set this mug aside.
- Take a small cup and dump in the condensed milk, half and half, cinnamon and the evaporated fat-free milk. Mix all these ingredients really well till they combine, this is your tre leches creamer ready!
- Pour this tres leches creamer into the coffee with a small pinch of cinnamon and stir well.
- For the final touch, take a whipped cream dollop and add it to the top. Also sprinkle the chocolate shavings and some more cinnamon if you like.
2. Mexican Coffee with Kahlua

What will you need?
- Coffee (strongly brewed, 3 ounces, or espresso)
- Kahlua coffee liqueur (1 ounce)
- Cinnamon (pinch of it just to sprinkle)
- Cream (whipped for the topping)
- Vanilla Syrup (1 ounce)
- Steamed Milk (3 ounces, you can also use half and half)
Instructions to do it:
- Brew your coffee or espresso.
- Steam the milk till it becomes frothed and pour the milk and the coffee out in a mug.
- In the espresso mug, pour the vanilla syrup, dash of cinnamon, Kahlua and stir.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream.

- Licor 43/rum/whisky
- Strong coffee
- Ice cubes
Instructions to do it:

- Using 50ml of any of the optional licors above, top the ice cubes with this licor.
- Pour in the strongly brewed coffee.

- Cinnamon (quarter of a tsp.)
- Nutmeg (quarter of a tsp.)
- Cayenne pepper (1/8th of a tsp.)
- Sugar (powdered, 2 tbsp.)
- Cream (3 tbsp.)
- Cocoa powder (unsweetened, 1 tbsp.)
- Coffee (6 oz)
Instructions to do it:
- Take a small bowl and add the dry ingredients which include: pepper, sugar, cocoa, sugar and cinnamon.
- Now pour out your coffee into a large mug.
- Stir in the cocoa mix you made in the small bowl into this large coffee mug and stir all of these well so that all the ingredients combine well.
- Finally, add the cream, swirl a little and serve.
5. Mexican Coffee with Tequila and Vanilla Ice Cream

- Coffee (hot and prepared, 2 full cups)
- Tequila (3 oz)
- Kahlua (3 oz)
- Vanilla ice-cream
- Cinnamon
- Sugar (2 tbsp.)

- Take a tall glass, dip the rim of the glass into coffee and then coat it with sugar by dipping the rim in the sugar.

- Half and half (one cup)
- Coffee (dark roast, half a cup)
- Water (six cups full)
- Mexican Vanilla (one tsp.)
- Brown sugar (quarter of a cup)
- Whipping cream (one cup)
- Cinnamon sticks (Two)
- Cinnamon (ground)
- Sugar (powdered, half a cup)
- Chocolate syrup (1/3rd of a cup)
Instructions to do it:
- Using a coffee maker, put some water in it.
- In the coffee filter, place the cinnamon stick and coffee.
- In a mug combine the chocolate syrup, vanilla, and the half and half in a coffee pot.
- The brewed coffee channels straight into this mixture in the mug.
- In the meantime, whip cream, the powdered sugar and vanilla together.
- Beat well!
- Pour out the chocolate syrup, vanilla, coffee and half and half mixture into cups.

- Coffee (brewed, 12 ounces)
- Cream (well-whipped)

- Cinnamon Sticks (4, try getting the Mexican ones if available)
- Coffee beans (ground coarsely, 6 tbsps.)
- Cinnamon (1 tbsp.)
- Sugar (dark brown, unrefined, 3 and a half ounces)
- Cold water (filtered, 4 cups full)
- Orange ring (the rind, 1 only)
- Mexican chocolate (3 oz.)
- Vanilla (1 tsp.)
- Heavy cream (1 tbsp.)
Instructions to do it:
- Take the coffee beans (coarsely ground) and dump them in a French press pot. Pour boiling hot water over the beans and let them sit for good 3 minutes.
- Take a large saucepan and place the orange peel, chocolate, dark brown sugar, and the cinnamon sticks in it.
- Now pour the coffee you brewed into the saucepan and turn on the heat source to low.
- Keep stirring the ingredients in the saucepan for at least 10 minutes.
- Keep stirring till all the vanilla and sugar melt.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the vanilla and stir.
- Take out the orange ring and the cinnamon sticks from the blend.

- Water (6 cups full)
- Brown sugar (quarter of a cup)
- 1 Clove
- Vanilla (half a tsp.)
- Chocolate Syrup (quarter of a cup)
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- Cream (whipped, one cup)
- Coffee (ground, half a cup)
Instructions to do it:
- Take a large saucepan and put it on high heat.
- Add cinnamon, sugar, and water, boil.
- Keep stirring till all the sugar dissolves and then remove from the heat source.
- Add the coffee grounds to this mixture, steep for at least 5 minutes.
- Add the vanilla along with the chocolate syrup and stir.
- Now, take a cheesecloth and strain the mixture several times through the cheesecloth.
- Strain till all the grounds are removed.
- Finally, pour out the blend into a glass.
